个人简介：
北京大学社会学学士、硕士，香港科技大学社会科学硕士，香港中文大学社会学博士。现为复旦大学社会发展与公共政策学院人口研究所副所长，教授。曾任密西根大学、普林斯顿大学访问学者。主要研究兴趣包括健康研究、婚姻与家庭、社会分层与流动。先后在《中国人口科学》、《人口研究》、《人口学刊》（台北），以及Social Forces，Population Studies，Social Science & Medicine等国内外知名期刊发表论文二十余篇。出版专著一部。主持国家社科基金一般项目、青年项目等项目。荣获十六届上海市哲学社会科学优秀成果奖二等奖。Chinese Journal of Sociology编委。
