个人简介：
复旦大学社会发展与公共政策学院教授，博士生导师，人口研究所副所长。入选复旦大学“卓学优秀人才”计划。北京大学社会学学士、硕士，香港科技大学社会科学硕士，香港中文大学社会学博士。曾任密西根大学、普林斯顿大学访问学者。Chinese Journal of Sociology编委。成果获上海市第十六届哲学社会科学优秀成果二等奖。
主要研究兴趣：健康研究、婚姻与家庭、社会分层与流动。
