现任复旦大学青年副研究员，量化研究方法博士（普渡大学，Purdue University）。Structural Equation Modeling: A Multidisciplinary Journal，Prevention Science等期刊审稿人。
主要研究兴趣：心理统计学、心理测量学和积极心理学。具体包括：1.心理统计与测量方法的研发、优化和适用性研究；2.积极养育（positive parenting）本土化体系研究，正念干预（针对各种问题学生、学习困难学生群体）；3.心理统计与测量方法在心理学、教育学中的应用。
